The 2012 Saskatchewan Summer Games took place from July 29 – August 4 in beautiful Meadow Lake.
1000 volunteers out of a community of 5000 showed up to make the games an enormous success!.
1900 participants including athletes, coaches, managers, officials and mission staff were hosted in GEMS.pro for these games.

Another special edition of GEMS.pro was used to coordinate the 2012 Jamboree Denmark from July 24th to August 11th 2010 - a little big world with everything needed to experience scouting in nature, in the town and on the Internet.
30,000 people from around the world were registered in GEMS.pro and the system was used to coordinate all their events. Great fun was had by all!
Whitehorse, Yukon Canada was the host city for the 2012 Arctic Winter Games. With an ever popular Dene games and sport event line up - the Host Society coordinated over:
1900 amazing participants
1200 officials and,
1000 guests

GEMS.pro was the executive solution used for the 2011 Canada Winter Games in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The Host Society supported the administration of 6,000 volunteers, 500 technical officials and 5,000 participants competing in 20 different sports over 2 weeks.

Another special edition of GEMS.pro was used to administer the SEE 20:10 National Scout Jamboree held in Denmark from July 24th to August 11th 2010 - a little big world with everything needed to experience Scouting in nature, in the town and on the Internet. GEMS.pro registered and coordinated events for the 11,400 participants from around the world. Great fun was had by all!

GEMS.pro was the administrative solution for the 2010 Arctic Winter Games in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. The games were a huge success involving 2,500 volunteers, 1,000 guests and 2,100 participants competing in 21 different sports.

GEMS.pro was used as the administrative tool for the 2010 PowerSmart Manitoba Winter Games in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, Canada, where they successfully supported the coordination of 1,200 volunteers, 300 guests, and 1,800 participants competing in 10 different sports. Congrats to all!

The systems have been used for the 2009 Canada Summer Games on Prince Edward Island, Canada, where they supported the administration of 5,800 volunteers, 500 technical officials and 5,000 participants competing in 18 different sports over 2 weeks. The systems had an average of more than 25,000 visits per day accessing up to 600,000 pages in total per day. The Canada Summer Games Host Society expressed that GEMS.pro performed to their full satisfaction.

Another special edition of the systems was used by this international scout camp held in Denmark. The camp had about 3,000 volunteers and 15,500 participants.

GEMS.pro was used for the 2008 Arctic Winter Games in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada, where they supported the administration of 2,500 volunteers and 2,000 participants competing in 19 different sports. The Arctic Winter Games Host Society expressed that the systems have been an invaluable help in the organizing of the games.

The systems have been used for the 2007 Canada Winter Games in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada, where they supported the administration of 500 technical officials and 3,700 participants competing in 24 different sports over 2 weeks. For the Canada Winter Games 2007 the systems were upgraded to the latest DotNet technology as well as enhanced to be multilingual so that user access can now simultaneously be supported in any number of languages. The systems had an average of more than 25,000 visits per day accessing over 400,000 pages in total per day. The Canada Winter Games Host Society expressed that the systems have been a tremendous enhancement compared to what was used for previous Canada Games.

The systems were used for the 2006 Arctic Winter Games on the Kenai Peninsula, Alaska, USA, where they supported the administration of 3,000 volunteers and 1900 participants competing in 20 different sports. The Arctic Winter Games Host Society expressed that the systems have been a tremendous help in their organizing the games. Bill Popp, Revenue Development Chairman said: Life would have been chaotic without the KIMIK iT GEMS-application to keep track of the huge amount of data produced and used during the games.

A special edition of the systems was used by this international scout camp held in Denmark. The camp had about 2,000 volunteers and 20,000 participants. Chairman of administration Christian Eggert Jørgensen said: "Nice that our systems supplier was flexible and quick".
The systems were used again for the 2004 Arctic Winter Games in Wood Buffalo, North Alberta, Canada, where they supported the administration of 5,000 volunteers and 2,200 participants competing in 20 different sports. Both the Wood Buffalo Host Society and KIMIK iT put a lot of effort into the enhancement of the systems. Most significantly the systems were turned into a totally generic application hence being adaptable to facilitate most any kind of major games and events.

The systems were originally developed for the 2002 Arctic Winter Games in Nuuk, Greenland, where they supported the administration of 1,400 volunteers and 1,900 participants competing in 17 different sports. The Arctic Winter Games Host Society expressed that the systems were a success to their full satisfaction.
